A smart badge is an intelligent visitor badge. It enables visitors and exhibitors to exchange contact data and information digitally.
As soon as you touch the reader of an exhibitor with your smart badge at the stand, you collect digital information. At the end of your visit, you will receive an e-mail from Easyfairs. This contains your trade show summary: a list of all exhibitors whose readers you have touched. Via individual links you easily receive all data exhibitors have uploaded in their online profile.
By touching the reader, you also inform the exhibitors that you are interested in their products and that they are allowed to contact you. A digital exchange of business cards takes place.
Simply enter your contact details during the visitor registration process. Pay particular attention to the correct entry of your e-mail address. This is a basic requirement for us to be able to send you detailed information about “your” exhibitors at the end of the trade show day.
Easyfairs will not pass on the personal data that you provide during registration. The data will only be transmitted to exhibitors if you touch the exhibitor’s reader with your visitor badge or if you have registered via an exhibitor’s invitation code or link. This indicates to us and the exhibitor that you are interested in the exhibitor receiving your contact details. If you do not wish this, please do not touch a reader with your ID card or use one of the opt-out options afterwards.
