Health protection

The Safest Place To Meet

stands above the protection concept for our EMPACK events. With this concept, the trade fair is controlled and safe for visitors, exhibitors and employees. It is important to us that all participants feel comfortable even under the new conditions and achieve their trade fair goals.

We are in close contact with the fair and the responsible authorities of the federal state regarding all protection and hygiene measures. The concept is based on the CoronaSchVO hygiene and infection standards issued for trade fairs.

If necessary, we will dynamically adapt the concept for the health protection of our trade fair participants to the changing requirements of the authorities and to the respective current framework conditions by the time of the trade fair.

Stand: 08. September 2021

Safety first.

We take care of your health.

In September and October 2020, our group proved that industrial trade fairs can be held under safe conditions even in these times.

Protection concept

So that you are sure to be there: Register in advance!

Be sure to register in advance for your visit to the fair. We have defined a maximum number of visitors per half-day in order to reliably equalise the trade fair events. This year, you decide on a half-day time slot. If you wish, you can also register for a second time slot and thus extend your visit to the fair.

3-G proof of entry to the fair

You need 3G proof for admission regardless of incidence: full vaccination, recovery or a negative rapid test or PCR test result from an official testing centre. The negative test must have been taken no more than 24 hours ago, the second vaccination no less than 14 days ago, and the positive PCR test result for recovery between 28 days and 6 months ago. We will inform you about testing possibilities on site shortly before the fair.

Plenty of space and room for everyone: Keep a minimum distance!

Generous additional areas and aisles, pathways, distance markings, information signs and much more will be implemented by us for you. Wherever possible, keep a minimum distance of 1.5 m from other trade fair participants.

If it gets too crowded on the stands: use the additional seating at the networking tables for your one-to-one conversations.

When walking through the fair: Mask on! (Almost everywhere...)

When visiting the fair, there is a general obligation to wear a mouth-nose covering. Outdoor areas at a distance of 1.5 m and appropriately marked seating areas are exempt from the obligation. The obligation also does not apply when using catering services.

If you do not have a mask with you, we will provide one free of charge.

Always important: hand disinfection and hygiene standards!

Wash and disinfect your hands thoroughly and frequently. Hand disinfection stands are placed all over the place.

Adhere to hygiene etiquette: Give a smile instead of a handshake. Sneeze and cough into the crook of your arm.

Receive information contactless: Use Smart Badge!

Visitors will receive an intelligent visitor badge upon entry to the fair. This allows visitors and exhibitors to exchange contact details and information digitally via TOUCH & COLLECT. Exhibitors will receive the smart badge reader required for this during set-up.

Enjoy your meal: Free snacks and drinks!

A corresponding catering concept will be implemented on the basis of the official requirements.
